An amusing evening in the House of Bondage with dominatrix Mistress Terri where anything is possible and everything is unexpected as her customer insists on playing out racial stereotypes and ends up challenging the very nature of her daily existence.

About the director

For the past forty years, Esquire Jauchem has had an extremely varied career in the performing arts. Founder of the Boston Repertory Theater, Associate Director (with Sarah Caldwell) of the Opera Company of Boston, and founder of Broadway’s Jauchem & Meeh Special effects company.

He was worked as a Producer, Writer, Director, and Designer (lighting, sets, and costumes) in a variety of performance arts including The Big Apple Circus, the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet, the Ballet Trockadero, a casino magic show, and produced over 1,000 episodes of network and cable television,

He has written and directed the tributes to Paula Vogel, Marsha Norman and David Henry Hwang (co-directed with Karen Carpenter) for the Inge Theater Festival and was most recently the Supervising Producer of RuPaul’s Drag U on Logo TV and the Co-Executive Producer of Home Made Simple on the Oprah Winfrey Network. He has been nominated for three Emmy.s

Esquire has designed camps and structures for the Burning Man Festival that have been featured seven times in the prestigious Center Camp and has been involved in Burning Man yearly since 1997, currently serving on the LA Board.

He has just completed directing his first film based on David Henry Hwang’s play, BONDAGE, and is slated to direct an independent feature film starring David Morse and Kimberly Elise. He is working on the screenplay for an off-beat comedy feature, The Madwoman of Venice Beach.
